Locating the Land

No project can begin until there is a site suitable for development.   Through TMC's many brokerage and other contacts, finding potential sites becomes our reswponsibility.

 

Feasibility Study

Once land is located, TMC begins a study of the land and its project potential, investigating the market demand for the site to determine if demand for the project is sufficient to make the project profitable.  Also studied are development possibilities or obstacles and the costs associated. 

 

Construction Loans

TMC's many lender contacts allow for discovering the best loans available for its clients projects.
